DIGITAL MAGAZINE - since 2016
Unfiltered voices, told by women.
Vraies Meufs was born from frustration — with fake beauty standards, curated online personas, and the lack of representation of real women in mainstream media. I was 17, fresh out of high school, with a camera in my hand and a deep need to document women as they are. No makeup, no filters, just raw, honest stories.
Each portrait comes with a conversation. From filmmakers to students with no clear path yet, every woman I’ve met has shaped this project. There are no rules, no expectations — just the desire to listen, to share, and to celebrate complexity.
What started as a personal journey became a growing platform. Vraies Meufs has evolved into a living archive and a space for dialogue, with community events, publications, and creative collaborations. It’s the platform I wish I had growing up.
our book : Girls need to support girls
We listened to voices that are too often overlooked — girls, sisters, and women carving space for themselves in art, life, and everything in between. Creators, fighters, dreamers — all moving with intention.
Girls Need to Support Girls is a 360-page archive celebrating underrepresented women artists and the power of collective storytelling. Curated and published by myself, supported by Converse.
